"This review is long over due but very necessary to show my appreciation how DR Behringer DDS has helped me, and I am sure others like me to accomplish a very happy and affordable solution to my very difficult dental issue.My dentist Dr Bilen from Whitaker Family Dentist office in Defiance suggested I see Dr Behringer to discuss a plan and options on how to fix my bite and correct my unhappy way my front teeth had changed over the years .Not only did Dr Behringer take the time out of his busy schedule to discuss several options , he also performed several x-rays free of charge and he sent and discussed these options with Dr Bilen to develop a plan that was affordable and could fit my particular need .I had the first part of the procedure that they concurred this week and I am very pleased and ecstatic with the results .Thank you Dr Behringer for your time and compassionate care !!!See you and your staff soon for my invisor line retainer !Sincerely Susan Zimmerman"

"Their work is exceptional. And they are amazing at their job. But that doesn’t change how some treat their patients. Now, one select “worker,” that worked on my teeth on a few occasions, was wonderful, gentle, and kind. But the other times I was paired with someone who wasn’t the greatest person on earth. They were verbally, and at some points physically abusive. They did not show any sympathy and did not hesitate to resort to defamation of character when given the chance. The doctor (orthodontist) however, is good, he’s understanding and genuinely cares for each and every patient. And when he checked over me and did some work, he never once was abusive, he was very professional and always made sure that everything was in order. And the services they offer are good. My teeth are straight. For any parent sending your children to this orthodontist. Listen to them after or during their visits. And just be cautious. I am not saying you shouldn’t go to this orthodontist office. I am simply posting this as a warning. I do not know every person who works there, and I am sure that there will more than likely not be any issues, I am simply sharing my experience. I am also giving this a 5-Star Review. Because one person shouldn’t define the overall work or the beautiful aspects of all the other wonderful people there.And if your child says they have a hard time brushing their teeth. Believe them. But also, work with them. Help them get in touch with their dentist so they can properly learn how to brush with the hindrance of braces or retainers. I am 17, and paying for my inexperience with my teeth and don’t want to see another child suffer the same way."
